Beginners

Coaching courses are conducted on a regular basis, Saturday mornings, commencing 8.45 am. Our minimum age requirement is 9 years (there is no maximum!).

All courses are conducted by coaches accredited with Archery Australia, designed to provide participants with a  knowledge of safe archery.  All coaches have valid Working with Children checks. The variety of  archery equipment is explained and demonstrated accordingly.

The cost of the coaching course includes the provision of all equipment for the course, and insurance. Once the course has been completed, equipment is available for casual hire for a short period.

Application (with payment by cheque or EFT) can be completed using the “Register Here” button (opposite). On receipt of your application, we will contact you to advise what courses and dates are available.

Course Fees*:

• Single applicant $90
• 2 person family application $170
• Additional family member $60 pp

NOTE: 9 years is the minimum age for this course.

(*Fees are effective from 1 July 2023 and subject to change)   

On successful completion of the course, you will be eligible to apply for Club membership at EDEN or any other Club.
